Client contacts us, we gather details, Ops Head and CEO attend briefings for big projects. Info recorded on job card. Ops Head briefs teams for big projects. In emergencies, we dispatch teams with details. Water shut off arranged as needed. Site assessed, senior plumber contacts Ops Manager for assessment and quote. Ops Head liaises with team and gives feedback to client. Ops Head obtains job details and photos, loads to system. Senior plumber signs off each project, Ops Head signs off on large projects.
